Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Handling Time
All of our fine art prints are printed on demand to ensure the highest quality.

• Please allow [2–5] business days for processing and packaging before your order is shipped.

• Note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic (US Ground): 2 - 6 business days after dispatch.

• International Shipping: We currently ship to specific internationally to Australia, Canada, UAE. Shipping typically takes 1 to 4 weeks depending on your location.

3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use UPS, FedEx, or USPS for all shipments.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size and value of the artwork.

• A physical residential or business address is required for all orders.

6. Damages & Issues
Cedric Fernandes Photography is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us at info@ideohive.com within 24 hours of delivery to file a claim.

Cedric Fernandes Photography is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
