By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads, is the property of Cedric Fernandes Photography and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • Ownership: Purchase of a physical print does not transfer copyright. The Photographer retains all rights to the original image.

  • Usage: Prints are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not scan, reproduce, resell, or use the images for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, stock photography) without a separate written licensing agreement.

2. Print-on-Demand & Order Finality

All products are custom-made to order through a third-party print-on-demand service.

  • Final Sale: Because each item is created specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse" or change of heart.

  • Pre-Order Inquiries: Customers are responsible for contacting the Photographer with any questions regarding size, color, or material before placing an order.

3. Accuracy of Colors and Sizing

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be a 100% match to the physical print. Minor variations in cropping may occur depending on the print size selected.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All items are shipped via third-party carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Return Policy for instructions regarding items damaged during transit.

5. User Comments and Reviews

If you post comments, reviews, or photos to this website, you grant [Your Business Name] a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with marketing our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of The State of California in the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
